CONSIDERATIONS IN MAKING MONEY

I’m so excited that my first book, CONSIDERATIONS IN MAKING MONEY is now available.

This book is a collection of my favorite essays about money-related topics.

It will give you a new perspective on profit and prosperity.

Perhaps it will encourage you to work harder and make more money.

Or maybe it will do the opposite.

Either way, the book reflects my experiences in the consulting world through my published blogs and newsletters.

This book is the first book in my “Beyond Success” series and provides information about different facets of success and money. However, the book is about more than money. It covers productivity, organizational waste, customer relationships, staff motivation, and more, and how all these elements combine in making money.

This book may not change your life, but it will make you think about money in ways that you probably never thought of before.

Here are some excerpts:

While instant success is a dilemma that many organizations would love to experience, one thing that struck me about my client was that they recognized very early the need for effective systems for continuous improvement. This recognition alone speaks volumes about how they will continue to be successful.

Managing Overnight Success

Several years ago, my son came home from school with a report card that mainly included B’s and A’s. When asked about the B’s, he responded that his teacher said that “B’s” were good. He said that his teacher told him that it’s okay to strive for B’s or even C’s (“as long as you pass”)—and not work so hard to get A’s.

We have become a society of underachievers.

What Happened to Achievement?

When we focus on business improvement, the easy part is fixing holes in systems and processes to gain quality and efficiency. But the key to making those fixes stick is the people. Enter: positive psychology.

Putting People Back into the
Quality Process

If you’re a business owner, this book of ideas that never grow old will help you think about ways to revitalize your business for more profit.

If you’re not a business owner, this book will equally help you consider how and where you spend your money and whether your spending should change.

CONSIDERATIONS IN MAKING MONEY provides insights that can help you create an EXTRAORDINARY approach to money.
